Pine Hill is a resident owned adult park (55 plus). Each new homeowner must purchase one share of Pine Hill Residents Inc. stock.
Monthly fees for maintenance ($105) include CATV, city water, real estate taxes, lawn maintenance and trash collection. Fees are payable semi-annually.
For a fee ($56) your home will be winterized in the fall after you leave and opened up again in the spring.
