Pine Hill is a resident owned adult park (55 plus). Each new homeowner must purchase one share of Pine Hill Residents, Inc stock.
Monthly fees for maintenance include CATV, city water, lawn maintenance and trash collection. Fees are payable semi-annually.
We are located just outside Franklin, N.C., 2 hours North of Atlanta. Pine Hill Park consists of 14 acres of land, private but close to the 441 bi-pass and shopping. We have a beautiful clubhouse with kitchen facilities, a swimming pool and a large barn. We do allow small pets, one per household. For a fee your home will be winterized in the fall after you leave and opened up again in the spring.
