Buying a Home in PHP

Pine Hill Park is an active +55 mobile home community. It is managed and maintained by volunteers. Residents are expected to contribute to the efficient operation of the park. This keeps our maintenance fees low.

All home sales are approved by the Board of Directors. Potential buyers must complete the attached application and return it the office at 96 Pine Avenue along with a $25 application fee. The Board will decide and respond within five days.

There are rules and restrictions for living in Pine Hill Park. The rules are included in the application for you to review before deciding to purchase a home in the community.
